Being a landlord is a difficult thing. You have to deal with the crap of your tenants, collect the rent... it's a hustle! But it has an upside as well. Sometimes you have to deal with some extremely hot tenants, girls who got into financial trouble, who are unable to pay the rent... you are not a monster, you will not put them out on the sreet - but they do have to entertain you a little.
